At Los Vaqueros we start our day from scratch, from our chips and salsa to our chili rellenos, tamales, and sauces we use only the best ingredients and take pride in preparing everything fresh daily. Whether you are looking for fresh Tex-Mex or true Authentic Mexican dishes our menu has something for everyone.
